🛍️ Ordering & Products

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our Noragardens online store, select your favorite T-shirt, choose your size and color, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your order securely — with or without an account.

Q: Do you offer different sizes and colors?
A: Yes! Our T-shirts come in multiple sizes and colors. You’ll find detailed options and size guides on each product page.

Q: What if the T-shirt I want is out of stock?
A: Out-of-stock items will be labeled accordingly. You can contact us at support@noragardens.com for restock updates or recommendations for similar styles.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes/cancellations may not be possible.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Noragardens currently ships to all addresses within your shipping region (You can specify: Pakistan, USA, Germany, etc.).
(You can also add: “We are expanding our delivery areas soon!”)

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:
Processing: 1–2 business days after order confirmation
Delivery: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link and delivery updates.

Q: What should I do if my T-shirt arrives damaged or wrong?
A: Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos at:

💳 Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support secure payment options such as:
• Debit/Credit Cards
• PayPal
• Cash on Delivery (if you allow)
• Wallets like Google Pay / Apple Pay

(We can adjust this list based on your store setup.)

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. We use secure SSL encryption on all pages. Your card details are never stored by us.

Q: Which currency will I be charged in?
A: All transactions are processed in your store currency  USD
(Just tell me your main selling country and I’ll finalize this.)


🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the T-shirt is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Custom-printed designs are non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Contact us at support@noragardens.com with your order number and return reason.
We’ll send you the instructions and return approval.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
For size or color changes, please request a return and place a new order.
